I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1–2 business days handling time for your order to be dispatched. Average shipping time is 5–10 business days. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can I return or exchange my order if I chose the wrong size?
Yes. Every TROY order is covered by our 99-day risk-free trial and our Forever Fit Guarantee — you get up to 2 free lifetime replacements for sizing changes. See our Returns & Exchanges and Forever Fit Guarantee pages for full details.
My order arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
We're sorry about that. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with missing parts, we offer either a full refund or a free replacement. Email contact@troybands.com within 7 days of delivery and include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
Please email us at contact@troybands.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Unfortunately, no refunds are issued if the wrong address was submitted and the order has already shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Remote areas may take up to 14 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Will my TROY ring scratch?
TROY rings are made from solid tungsten carbide — rated 9.5 on the Mohs hardness scale, second only to diamond. They are virtually impossible to scratch in normal daily wear.
