To start a return or exchange, please email contact@troybands.com with your order number and we'll send your prepaid return label within one business day.
Return Policy
We want you to love your TROY ring, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 99 days. Returns are free for U.S. customers with a digital prepaid USPS label — print the label and drop your package at any USPS location.

Your order number starts with a T and can be found in your:
- Order Confirmation Email
- Shipping Confirmation Email

Return & Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated through our returns portal within 99 days of your purchase.
- Condition: Items should be in usable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 business days once processed.
- Exchanges: We'll ship exchanged items for free within the U.S. after your return is approved.
Shipping Labels
U.S. Customers: You'll receive a free prepaid USPS label to send your item back.
International Customers: Please contact our team at contact@troybands.com and we'll arrange your return and process your request the same day.
Note: Returns without tracking cannot be refunded.
A Few Extra Things to Know
- Non-TROY Items: Be sure to only send TROY products — we cannot process non-TROY items.
- Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to get a full refund.
- Ineligible Items: Personalized items, warranty claim orders and certain limited edition items aren't eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren't refundable.
- Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind.
